Beatrice joined Ofgem in 2024 as Director of Major Infrastructure Projects, responsible for the economic regulation of Great Britain’s expansion of electricity networks on and offshore and development of RAB based models for new nuclear, CCUS transport and storage and Hydrogen transport. Previously, Beatrice has had a variety of public and private sector roles in infrastructure and engineering. Most recently, Beatrice was DESNZ's Delivery Director for the country's first Carbon Capture clusters. Her roles in the rail sector included Market Lead for UK Intercity Rail services and Project Director for refranchising competitions'.
