Chloe is a Director in the Banking & Investments team at National Wealth Fund, with sector responsibility for CCUS. Chloe has over 10 years’ experience in public sector financial institutions, working on a range of debt, equity and guaranteed deals in the UK and developing markets. Since joining the Fund in 2023 she has experience in negotiating and structuring transactions across a range of sectors including Transport, semi-conductors and other clean energy sectors. Prior to National Wealth Fund, she spent over eight years at UK Export Finance, specialising in Project Finance for energy-related transactions in the Middle East and Asia.
