Chris is Director and Global CCS Lead at Baringa, where he supports policymakers, developers and investors in commercialising low-carbon energy projects and infrastructure. With a focus on carbon capture and storage and clean molecules, he leads multidisciplinary teams providing policy, economic and commercial advisory globally.
He is a Non-Executive Director at the Carbon Capture and Storage Association and was previously Deputy Director for CCUS at BEIS (now DESNZ), where he led on the development of policy, project selection and deals for Track 1 of the cluster sequencing process.
