David Parkin is a Director at Progressive Energy and is responsible for their CCS project portfolio, including HyNet and the Peak Cluster. David originated HyNet in 2016 while at National Grid, and has been closely involved in its development since that point. David is also a Director of Grenian Hydrogen, an electrolytic hydrogen Joint Venture company developing a portfolio of industrial hydrogen projects. He is a member of the CCS Ministerial Council and a recent President of the Institution of Gas Engineers and Managers
