Chris is a Chartered Environmental Specialist with a PhD in Atmospheric Chemistry and Climate Change and over twenty years’ experience.
Chris’ passion for delivering low carbon energy projects has resulted in a successful track record of consenting Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects, from initial project feasibility through to the discharge of requirements following grant of the consent.
Chris has led consenting and environmental assessment for projects in both of the UK Government’s Track 1 Industrial Decarbonisation Clusters – HyNet and East Coast Cluster. Chris now leads the consenting of Peak Cluster, which aims to decarbonise 40% of the UK’s cement and lime production.
