Dr Harriet Kildahl is the CTO, Co-founder, and Co-inventor of PeroCycle, a deep-tech start-up that focuses on eliminating global heavy industry emissions. Her research laid the foundation for PeroCycle's closed-loop carbon recycling technology. This process uses a perovskite material to convert emissions from industrial installations into usable carbon monoxide (CO) at lower temperatures than traditional methods. The technology provides a pathway to replace fossil fuels in furnaces, significantly reducing the carbon footprint of heavy industries like steel, cement, glass and chemicals. Harriet has a strong background in carbon utilisation research and has four years of experience in corporate ESG consulting, helping over 150 companies measure and manage their carbon footprints.
