Dr. Pantelis Vogiatzis is the Commercial Lead at EnEarth, where he leads commercial strategy and business development across EnEarth’s portfolio of CO₂ storage projects, including its flagship Prinos CO₂ Storage Project in Greece. With over 20 years of experience across the energy and environmental sectors, he brings extensive expertise in regulatory and institutional affairs, commercial development, corporate operations and strategic planning. He leads market engagement, commercial model development and strategic partnerships, supporting the development of EnEarth’s CO₂ storage activities in Greece and across Europe.
Before joining Energean and EnEarth, Dr. Vogiatzis held senior positions at Enaon and Attiki Natural Gas Distribution Company, with responsibility for regulatory and institutional affairs, strategy, compliance and corporate operations. Earlier in his career, he held key roles at Protergia (METLEN Energy & Metals), leading regulatory, institutional and compliance activities across power generation and energy supply. Alongside his executive career, he is an Adjunct Professor at the Athens University of Economics and Business.
Dr. Vogiatzis holds a PhD in EU Environmental Law from Newcastle University and postgraduate qualifications in environmental law and policy from the University of Nottingham and the International University of Andalusia. He also has an academic background in environmental engineering from the University of Salford and the University of Waterloo.
