Greg Searle is a seasoned commercial leader with over 30 years of experience driving innovation and strategic partnerships across the energy, property, and clean technology sectors. As Commercial Manager at C-Capture Ltd, he plays a pivotal role in scaling carbon capture solutions for hard-to-abate industries. Most recently, he led a successful rescue funding round that gives the company a critical window to demonstrate —beyond all reasonable doubt— the performance of its technology.
Greg’s career includes senior roles at BP, where he led thedevelopment of the Hummingbird® technology, built international R&D collaborations—including with the Chinese Academy of Sciences—and restructured technology portfolios to unlock measurable value. His expertise spans carbon capture, hydrogen, sustainable fuels, and biogas, underpinned by a deep understanding of both technical and commercial dynamics.
