
Ian joined the Net Zero Teesside project in 2018 and played a key role in developing the business models for CCS in the UK, including chairing the CCUS Advisory Group’s working group on power with carbon capture.
Since then he has led NZT Power to Final Investment Decision, putting it on track to be the world’s first major gas power with CCS project.
Prior to this he worked for bp in a range of commercial and business development roles since 2007, with a focus on gas value chains.
