Jonathan has over a decade of energy transition experiencefrom roles across the UK Government, North Sea Transition Authority, andprivate sector, where he has led on energy resilience, decarbonisation, and low-carbon technologies.
As ExxonMobil Low Carbon Solutions’ lead for strategicpolicy design, Jonathan works to develop policies that can form sustainable markets for low-carbon products and provide the framework for large-scale investment in decarbonisation. Of particular focus is the development of a ledger-based carbon accounting system and adoption of product level carbon intensity standards.
