Jude Knight has over 25 years’ experience in the skills sector across regional and national roles. Formerly DfE’s Green Skills Policy Lead, she shaped cross-government workforce plans for net zero. Now Head of Skills for Clean Growth at Cogent, she leads strategy development with industry and government. She also leads the Hydrogen and Carbon Capture Skills Partnership and the flagship Skills Accelerator programme, advancing workforce capability in hydrogen and carbon capture to support the UK’s low-carbon transition.
