Khee Fang is the Senior Manager of Carbon Capture & Storage (CCS) Project Management, Carbon Management, Upstream PETRONAS since 1st March 2022. Part of her roles is to provide oversight and management of end-to-end CCS projects, which includes Project Planning & Control and HSSE compliances, mitigations, and improvement via adoption of global CCS project best practices and benchmarking strategies. She also steers and drives critical technical disciplines readiness e.g. Process, Civil & Structural, Pipeline, Mechanical, Material Corrosion and Inspection technical maturation for CCS Business Hubs in Malaysia.

Khee Fang joined PETRONAS in 2005 as a front-end engineer where she learned on the ground and gained valuable exposure to field development, cost optimization and value improvement practices. She has over 20 years in Upstream, started as project engineer and progressively moved into various managerial roles including Front-end Engineering & Design, Project Implementation, Novel Offshore Solutions, Project Services, Technical Foresight and Delivery with deep understanding of relevant regulations, compliance requirements and industry best practices.

Khee Fang holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from University of Technology Malaysia. In 2016, she completed the Graduate Certificate in International Management (PETRONAS) by The University of Melbourne, Australia.
