Mark is the Climate Change & Energy Manager at theEnvironment Agency, where he leads a team focussed on enabling UK net zerothrough regulation as well as adapting to climate impacts, such as droughts andfloods. He has led major programmes at the Environment Agency on onshore oiland gas (including shale gas), hydropower, and climate change adaptation. Markhas had previous roles working at the Foreign, Commonwealth and DevelopmentOffice on COP26 (Glasgow), and has worked in a number of third sector organisations,including WWF-UK and the National Trust.
