Nic Braley leads the Acorn and Scottish Cluster project which will enable the timely and efficient decarbonisation of Scotland’s industry, directly supporting national ambitions for clean energy, green prosperity and value for money.   

With more than 35 years’ experience in the global energy sector, Nic began his career as a petroleum engineer in Aberdeen and has served in chief commercial and technical officer, senior vice president, strategy and commercial, and country leadership roles inthe Middle East, Asia Pacific and Europe.   

Most recently he was Senior Vice President of Non-Operated Ventures & North Sea Electrification atHarbour Energy, one of the Acorn partners.
