As Head of Policy and Regulation at Storegga, a pure-play global developer of low-carbon solutions across the CCS and hydrogen value chains, Nicola leads work to collaborate with government and industry stakeholders to shape emerging business models and deliver projects that maximise value and secure tangible progress towards net zero. Nicola has two decades of policy and regulation experience across the energy and utilities sector including at the energy regulator Ofgem, KPMG and Thames Water.
Storegga is the lead developer of the Acorn project, in partnership with Shell, North Sea Midstream Partners and Harbour Energy, focused on delivering critical CO2 transport and storage infrastructure to enable the decarbonisation of the Scottish Cluster.
