Noaman Al Adhami is the UK Country Head of Alfanar Projects, leading the development of the Lighthouse Green Fuels project in Teesside: Europe's most advanced commercial-scale, second-generation SAF facility. With decades of experience in establishing global operations and driving energy sector transitions, Noaman now focuses on advancing the shift from fossil fuels to renewable energy. A recognised thought leader in aviation decarbonisation, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the UK’s SAF landscape from its early stages, providing strategic insights and industry leadership. Noaman holds an MBA from Sheffield Business School and a BSc degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Jordan.
