Phil is currently serving as Senior Advisor for External Affairs at Eni CCUS Holding, while previously he was Head of Northern Europe Management of Eni and Managing Director for Eni UK. Most notably in the context of the CCSA's annual event, he also was the initial Managing Director for Liverpool Bay CCS Limited and has been involved in CCUS since the HyNet application for "Track 1".
