Wendy Lam serves as CEO of Capsol Technologies (Oslo Stock Exchange: CAPSL), a provider of carbon capture technology accelerating the transition to a net zero future. Capsol’s post-combustion technology uses a proven, safe, non-toxic solvent and integrates carbon capture with heat recovery and generation in a single system, resulting in significantly lower energy use. Capsol offers CapsolEoP® for industrial applications, with CapsolGo® as a mobile unit that enables customers to test the technology on-site before scaling up; and CapsolGT® for decarbonizing gas turbines. Capsol’s technology has been licensed to Stockholm Exergi for one of the largest BECCS projects in the world.
In addition to her role at Capsol, Wendy chairs the board of Heaten, a decarbonized industrial heat solutions provider, serves on the advisory board of Chrysalix VC and is a board member of Green Transition Holding, which develops waste-to-energy carbon capture projects in Canada.
With over two decades of global executive leadership experience at Baker Hughes, Rolls-Royce, and GE, Wendy has consistently delivered growth, developed strategic partnerships, and commercialized technologies worldwide. She holds Mechanical and Industrial Engineering degrees from the Universities of Waterloo and Toronto and an MBA from INSEAD.
